The Small Aircraft Revitalization Act of 2013 would modernize FAA’s certification process to help improve safety, decrease costs and encourage innovation for small airplanes

Minneapolis, MN – On Tuesday, September 3rd, U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar and U.S. Congressman Rick Nolan will highlight their legislation to cut red tape for small aircraft manufacturers. The Small Airplane Revitalization Act of 2013 would modernize the FAA’s certification process to help improve safety, decrease costs, and encourage innovation for small airplanes. Klobuchar and Nolan will join Cirrus Aircraft and the Northern Aero Alliance to highlight the positive local impact of the legislation.
