Top prize to Duluth East 10th grader Caroline Kriske
DULUTH, MN—Congressman Rick Nolan, in partnership with the Duluth Art Institute, announced today that Caroline Kriske, a sophomore at Duluth East High School, is the winner of the 2013 Annual 8th District Congressional Art Competition.
Caroline was named “Best in Show” for her piece, “Through Their Eyes,” a pencil drawing of a soldier saluting the American flag.

The bill would require the FAA to speed up proposed reforms to its certification process. If passed, the legislation would require the FAA to have the proposed new rules and processes up and running before the end of 2015.
